"Thank You for Your Valuable Contribution to the 19th ATRANS Annual Conference"

On behalf of the Asian Transportation Research Society (ATRANS), we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all distinguished guests, speakers, session chairs, moderators, presenters, participants, members, and partners who joined and contributed to the success of the 19th ATRANS Annual Conference, held on 28 August 2026 at Chatrium Grand Bangkok Hotel, under the theme “Resilient Mobility and Transportation Beyond Disruption.”

We were truly honored to welcome a distinguished group of experts and professionals from diverse fields and sectors, including university professors, medical doctors, researchers, consultants, policymakers, practitioners, executives, and representatives from both public and private organizations. The participation of representatives from organizations such as the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Royal Thai Police (RTP), Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Embassy of Japan, JICA, UNESCAP, WHO, TDRI, Toyota, Honda, AIT, and universities further enriched the conference and strengthened the exchange of knowledge and perspectives.

The conference provided a valuable multidisciplinary platform for exchanging knowledge, experiences, research findings, and perspectives on transportation and mobility. The AYRF paper presentation sessions, poster sessions, keynote and invited presentations, and discussions offered meaningful opportunities for participants and experts to learn from one another and explore innovative approaches to addressing transportation-related challenges.

When organizing a conference of this nature, the participation and collaboration of experts from multidisciplinary fields are essential. The willingness of our distinguished guests and participants to share their knowledge and expertise was instrumental to the success of the event. Their contributions not only enriched the conference content but also encouraged meaningful dialogue among researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, and other stakeholders.

A conference such as this is made meaningful through collective efforts and the sharing of ideas, experiences, and best practices. We firmly believe that these exchanges can help bring us closer to addressing the complex transportation challenges facing our societies and developing solutions that contribute to a more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive future.

The positive feedback and enthusiastic responses from participants regarding the conference content and overall quality were truly encouraging. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed their time, expertise, support, and enthusiasm to making the 19th ATRANS Annual Conference a success.

The conference was not intended to be a single event, but rather a starting point for continued collaboration and action toward addressing important transportation-related issues and advancing our shared vision of “Transportation for a Better Life.”
